What is the best dual sim mobile phone?

Which is best (and cheap) dual SIM mobile phone in India (all OSes)?

  • OS's to be considered: Android (preferred), Symbian, or other proprietary OS. I don't want an expensive device. But dual GSM is mandatory requirement. Touch and Type will be great.

    Samsung is releasing their first dual sim android phone. Its called Galaxy Y Pro Duos, and from the looks of it, it should be as reliable as their earlier phones. It's expected in January 2012. Apart from that, Samsung's other dual SIM phones work quite well too. Samsung's DUOS series (without Android) are good, offering good connectivity on both sims, often a sore point with older dual sim phones. With Nokia and Symbian, you have a host of choices. I believe the Asha (running the 40 series Symbian) is a good choice. Apart from these, there are a few phones from Spice and Micromax running on the Android platform, but I don't know anyone using these devices.
