How can I improve the response rate from hiring managers on my internal company recruiting satisfaction survey?

• We're working to improve recruiting at our company. We regularly survey hiring managers, recruiters and new hires for feedback. Unfortunately, very few hiring managers even start the feedback survey. What can we do to improve the invite letter? Current version below.   Start by walking over to them or someone you know. Ask them about the process. Demonstrate that their feedback will actually be heard. Thank them for their time. When you send generic BS like the above, is it any wonder no one responds? Find an evangelist to help spread it internally.
