Low Percentage (less than 60%) in B.Tech Computer Science from reputed college in India. How can I get a programming job in top notch companies like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc..?

Background: I have not done any project, have backlog, currently in my 5th year of degree (because of backlog), very much interested in programming (language: C++) What are my options from here? Also, do I have any chance of getting in top notch universities for higher education? Please guide me!

I can't say about getting in top notch university as they have some criteria to select the students but if you have lots of money then you can definitely get a admission in some course. But getting into some of the world's best companies is definitely possible. For most of these companies it doesn't matters from where you've studied. All they care about your knowledge. If I am not wrong I've read somewhere that Quora does not care from which college you belong to. All they care about your projects and knowledge. If I could find that answer I'll share.
