I'm sure you've found a shirt that fits your shoulders and neck but was too short around the sleeves and body. Some companies make 'extra length' shirts, which are designed for people like us in mind. Unfortunately, we form the minority and so stock of such products is hard to find. Due to my dimensions, almost all my shirts have been altered. The store I use offers tailoring at no additional cost and they always fit perfectly. Instead of buying a shirt elsewhere and hoping it can be altered right, I pop in, tell my salesperson what I'm looking for and he tends to make it work. Your options for specific styles can be limited, however.
