How is Google's voice action registration for Android Wear going to work in case of clashes?

Thinking rationally, the user shall have an option to choose between such conflicting applications. This does add an additional later of work for the user. But they can choose a default application in a way similar to what Android currently does.

It would be just like in Google Now on phones, or Android, in general. Whenever Android encounters such a condition where two or more applications can perform the task, it asks the user which one to choose. The user can also set one app as default.
