I am desiring to be a front end developer. What's the scope of it in India? What skills are required to be a front end developer?

There are lot of vacancies for front end developer(html,css,javascript) in india. U can search in naukri,linkedin. And its damn easierhttp://easy.AsAs u start doing it it will grow into u. u dont have to wait to learn it or join a company then learn it. all u need is a browser say chrome and practicing it. regarding jquery,angular.js,backbone.js --thes are javascript frameworks. These frameworks will make ur life easier as developer. Depending on the requirements of ur team/company u will learn/use these things. Scope in India: Front End Developers are (will be) in demand - (Desktop/Handheld Devices front-end). And India will be great place to find low-cost skilled Front End Developers. Also the reason is the languages for Front End Development are free and easily available on net. All it takes is self learning abilities, practice and ability to follow the passion. Skill Required: Basic: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Concepts of Object Oriented JavaScript. AJAX, XML. Others... JavaScript Libraries: Like jQuery, jQuery Mobile, Angular JS, others... Frameworks : Bootstrap, Foundation, others... Other Skills : Creativity, Innovative thinking, Attitude to adopt new things, Flexibility, Server Side Coding: Knowing 'fundamentals of server side coding' is needed to implement advanced concepts and 'always an advantage' over knowing only Front End. My opinion is mastery of Front End technology is rewarding as many of server side things are happening in Front End JS.
