What are good companies to work for?

As a business analyst, what tech companies in London are good to work for?

• I work as a BA in a London retail company at the moment. I love technology and would like to be surrounded by people (in IT, at least) who do to. A company like Google or Microsoft, or maybe a tech startup, appeals more to me than the current retail company I work for. Are there BA roles in more tech oriented companies? It sounds stupid but it irritates me that people I work with in IT think it's peculiar that I like to have the latest tech!
