How can I land a digital marketing job as a college dropout?

  • I have an associates degree in Psychology and was about 18 credits shy from a bachelor's in humanities. I have over 4  years exp in nightlife/bar promo through traditional advertising & social  media I've created 2 blogs & started a 1 man band small digital  MKTG biz http://www.simplifysocialgroup.com but it's fairly new and have had limited customers. I know my way around adobe programs, html, css & seo, light php, what is the likelyhood of getting hired?

    Be aggressive, research target companies you would like to work for. Start applying. Also, don't discount the value of taking an entry level position at an agency that works in the digital space. Ad Agencies, due to the sometimes volatile nature of their industry, are prime "right time/right place" professional environments.
