How can I use tasker for Android to toggle my alarm clock?
-
I'd like to end up with a homescreen widget that, when pressed, will toggle the native Android alarm clock on/off.

Answer:
Tasker doesn't seem to use the toggle for the system alarm (it's a bit redundant, in a task scheduling application I suppose). You have two options: 1. create an alarm using tasker itself, in a profile triggered by time, set the task to play system alarm ringtone IF %boolean set by widget = 1. 2. use tasker to set the system alarm volume to 0 on the days you don't need it (if you absolutely have to use the inbuilt alarm)
