How to have multiple sites on drupal 7?

How bad are the existing real estate multiple listing sites in India serving their customers?

• I read this question on Quora and I also hear people say that existing multiple listing sites like Magicbricks, 99acres aren't doing enough. How bad is this situation? Please provide examples

  I have used most of the famous ones for marketing of my venture. I found that these real estate portals end up providing lead dumping sites- which send me atleast 25-30 leads/pay(all of them together). The quality of leads is pathetic, most of them are not genuine and the conversion rate is very low. however they are my major source of marketing because as a small time builder- I cannot afford offline expensive marketing. Online marketing is cheaper, quality of leads from magicbricks seemed to have been better as they have higher media spending. Housing does have good UI, however it has not provided any good leads for me. Commonfloor is getting better- before they were data dumpers, now it's much better. Indiaproperty gets good number of leads because of their frequent property shows. I have also experienced that few portals are known for few locations.
