How to get another user's details using RestFB?

Looking for more details on the acceptable usage of the fourSquare API regarding "learning" about locations?

• I am looking at using the foursquare API for a new application, but we are not able to get clear details on what is allowed and what is not. Example: An application that focuses on what shoes people are wearing to locations. When a users (of our application) checks into a place they would snap a photo of their shoes and connect them. We would want to store our users shoe pics on our servers and have a then have a location ID link to foursquare's data. So we are not "learning"new things about the site that should be stored in foursquare, but are creating data on the outside. This may be a weak example but I welcome any questions, or feedback.
