Are there any good social bookmarking tools out there?

What are some good strategies for bookmarking/saving interesting web pages, and what tools are you using for it?

    I use Instapaper, which syncs with my iPhone (app) and home computer (accessed through a browser / bookmarklet). I haven't looked back since I started using it.

http://www.delicious.com is the most well known. There is also http://Pinboard.in, http://Listango.com, and my own, http://LinqBox.com. With LinqBox you can play your bookmarked videos right on your bookmarks page. It also allows for a secondary profile, in case you have links you want to keep completely separate; for example, links that you absolutely don't want showing up at work.

You can use bookmarking services like delicious, etc to keep track of interesting web pages. I have launched http://mementodb.com for bookmarking the web pages. Interesting thing about this tool is that it provides a bookmarklet that also archives the entire web page content in markdown format.
