How do I count the top 50 most duplicated words/phrases which appear in a pdf file?

For example if the word "articulate" appears 40 times in a document, I want that in the output, and if the phrase "the quick fox" appears 30 times, I also want that in the output. Just the most top 50 duplicated words. Is there any tool which gives the output of the most duplicated words or phrases ?
