What Does It Take To Build A Website?

I want to build a website, but it's gonna take a long time. Meanwhile, should I write on a Blogger blog or keep it private until I finally make a website?

  • If I post on Blogger, the disadvantages would be that I cannot control the format of the website /blog. But it's free. If I start posting on Blogger, i guess the trouble might be if I delete it and remove the contents to the new website, Google might consider my website as plagiarism.
