What was date of Navratri in 1969?

Can date ID3 tags be used to distinguish between date of album release, date of recording and date of composition?

• It seems date of album release is the default use currently, but what if you have a recording from 1969 of a composition written in 1843 that was released on CD in 2005?   All three dates are meaningful.
