How should this information be put on a medical id bracelet?

Is there a service that allows you to put personal information (i.e. full name, email address, phone number, address) into a generator of some sort that spits out their Facebook ID's?

• I know that Facebook Custom Audience allows you to enter phone number or email address to match up with custom lists but they also have an option to enter their Facebook ID and I didn't know if there was an easy way to harness those ID's. I have a mailing list of qualified leads I want to input into social advertising somehow but I can't find an effective way.

  If you have a mailing list, just upload that. If they have a Facebook profile with an email address that matches, it will appear. You may be worried about not having the exact correct email address, but in my experience, ~60-70% of people have the same email address associated with Facebook that they enter in email sign up forms. There used to be tools to scrape user ID's, but Facebook removed API access to that recently. The only way I know of to do it is to search for email addresses manually and hope that the privacy settings allow you to access UIDs. TL;DR - just use your email list.
