How can I get the study permit to Canada?
-
I have been accepted by a college in Canada, and intend to go to study this September. I have applied for the visa twice and got rejected both. The reason they gave me was ' purpose of visit'. I clearly outlined my study plan and stated that I am going to leave Canada after graduation, but the visa officer didn't believe. I really don't understand. What should I do. Help!

Answer:
I think that you should talk to an immigration lawyer. You may have simply filled out the wrong form or there may be a quirk in how a form needs to be filled out to be accepted. Talk to the Bar Association in the province that you are planning on moving to for a reputable lawyer. Good luck!
