Which one is better - TCS or Infosys?

What would happen if one of the MNC like TCS, Infosys, or Cognizant collapsed in India?

• MNC's hires thousands of graduates and thousands(even Tcs and Infosys have in lakhs) are already working for them from India. But if due to some reason it collapses in Indian market then would it create a chaotic environment for the job seekers? Also what would be its impact on country's economy? thanks in advance :)

  Short term there is bound to be issues like drop in earning/spending capacity in that demographic, an increased supply of people leading to possible drop in wages etc. But the long term benefits outweigh these short term issues. I firmly believe the service industry causes a ton of harm. Whether it is their recruitment practices, their emphasis on process and not engineering rigor, practice of giving bigger labels as a employee retaining strategy and more. Exceptions are there but the majority is dependent on the brilliance of a few to sustain their business. In the last five years things have gotten better but note how we seem to lack that product instinct, number of open source contributors, that instinct to excellence at every step of the software development cycle. Of course I do understand that excellence is not to be had without paying the debt, and that one has to gain execution muscle and scale by doing mediocre work, for which the service industry has been a big boon. But now the time is right to move to next stage in our capability. And to this aim the means that was our help earlier is an impediment now. So service industry going down is not all bad news.
