What are some of the ways that social media sites have improved users' ability to block trolls? And, what is the reason for the changes?
-
I have noticed on Twitter, it now asks you for a reason you are blocking a user. "This account is annoying" or "This user is abusive." Quora seems to have improved users ability to block trolls or people who make disrespectful comments. Why are social media sites doing this and how are they doing it?
-
Answer:
Simple answer is Spam. Maybe you know that story of Myspace who ignore emotion of its user. Its important that you give power to your users so that they can help Social Media sites's admin team to quickly find "Bad users" & maintain pleasant atmosphere.
