Fonts for foreign-language PDFs
-
I found http://journals.ju.edu.jo/DirasatEdu/article/view/237 from a foreign journal that I would like to read (or at least pretend to read by feeding the text through Google translator), but the Arabic font is not embedded in the PDF so there is no text. When I open the article I get "Cannot find or create the font 'Andalus'". I would like to know where to get this font, and how/where to upload it (or whatever) so I can see the text.

Answer:
At the risk of stating the obvious, did you try searching for http://www.fonts2u.com/andalus.font? That page has a download link. The instructions for installing the font will depend on your operating system.
