Is, "Bilingual education" a good topic for my persuasive speech?

I have recently received a speech topic titled getting a multicultural education. Can someone help me with things to write?

  well that is kind of tough...a multicultural education is so important to helping your country insure continued success. You will have to know how to communicate with people of different nationalities, being able to do so will help you gain more ideals to invent things because everyone needs to broaden their horizons. example if you live in the rain forest or secluded area you don't know anything different but what you see, but if you are around other cultures and see the way they live and get ideas from them you can better your own life and those lives of people around you..if you have good relations with other countries you can also deal with them in business. it also helps you to be more tolerant and want to help others who are being mistreated... I don't know if this helped much but maybe I gave you some ideas
