How do I change my picture "IN" Yahoo mail?

I can't change my yahoo mail profile picture there is now link place to change it ,How to change it ?

    To review or edit your display image settings: Sign in and click the My Profile tab located to the right of the search box. Click the Edit My Info link in your profile module. Within the `Picture` area are three options that allow you to control what you display for your profile: Use my Yahoo Avatar: If you select `Yahoo Avatar` this will display the Avatar we hold for you through Yahoo Avatars http://avatars.yahoo.com Use my Profile image: If you select `Use my Profiles image` then the image or avatar we hold you for you through Yahoo Profiles http://profiles.yahoo.com will be displayed No picture: If you select `No picture` we will show a grey face as your display image More details on how you can upload photos to your Yahoo Profile are available from here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/mye/yahoo/profiles/
