How to transfer to another NYC high school?

How can i transfer to another high school? in 10th grade NYC

  • I finish my middle school and I did to applicant the high school, study there about half a year but I don‘t like the school and went to education department try to change it. But they didn't agree and give a address of that transfer high school. so i went to there, but now I realized the regular school is much better than transfer school ,which have more program. now I am in 10th grade how can I transfer to a regular school? OR can I back to my first high school?
