What makes illuminati bad?

  • i get that illuminati was created by a group like a long time ago, but people keep saying that Disney has subliminal messages and stuff like illuminati-EXPOSED! but, i really do not get it. what is so bad about illuminati? does it affect other people? what makes illuminati bad?

    First of all, there are no longer any true illuminati. They died out centuries ago. And while it is true that there are groups that publicize that they are the secret society illuminati, the fact is that if they were this secret society that they pretend to be, they aren't doing a good job by telling everyone. The fact of the matter is these groups are just a bunch of posers who are using lies to give themselves an artificial image. Anyone who claims to be illuminati is either a liar, or they've been lied to and simply repeating those lies that fooled them. Since there are no illuminati, they can never be good or bad since they don't actually exist. As for the posers who pretend to be illuminati, well some would argue that lying is bad. But I would hardly call a bunch of wannabe posers sinister or evil; misguided yes, evil no.

first of all, the illuminati never were actually bad. In the time they actually existed, the catholic church had so much influence and bullied people into following them. The illuminati were only standing for scientific knowledge, and the church viewed that as a threat to their chokehold on the belief of the populace. The church had much more control than people's beleifs, and were afraid of losing power by the public doubting their standing. So with the illuminati spreading scientific knowledge, the church spread a few dozen shiploads of slander about them, claiming them to be devil worshippers and all that jazz. And so the illuminati layed low, proliferating themselves into the freemasons in order to keep spreading the sciency stuff under an alias. This is where the rumors of "secret control on everything" came from. In essence, the illuminati were never bad at all, and the people that claim to be them today are just unruly hooligans trying to stir up people's paranoia about everything.
