Can I drive in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a New York State Junior License?
-
Hi I'm 16 years old and I live in New York and my birthday is September 9 . I'm looking to get my Junior license right around March 20th. I've had my permit since my birthday so I will have my permit for 6 months by March 9th and I am completing drivers ed by February 2nd. I want to schedule my road test around March 20th and if I pass I just have a few questions. My first question is that I couldn't find any answers online but Can I drive in New jersey and Pennsylvania with my New York State junior license and if so what are my restrictions? Also what about upstate New york? Thanks
