How do I go about getting my IDs back after I misplaced them?

I lost my wallet and have no IDs back I had a birth certificate, L.C Card, sin Card & Health Card, but after losing my wallet I now have none of those. How am I supposed to get those replaced or get new ones if I have no ID to prove its even me ?
