How do you put your name on the google search?

Why does Google Maps replace the address I put in its search field with the name and address of the Realtor listing the property there?

Nothing I have been able to do will get Google Maps to show me this address—it will only show me the name and address of the Realtor! Mac OS X Maps takes me right there.
