How can I delete my other Ask.com account, to free my E-mail for this account?

  • I am trying to verify my E-mail, but the website keeps saying my email is taken. I must have made an account last year. How can I delete my old account, and free my E-mail to use for this account? I am 90% done with my account, and all I need to do is verify my E-mail.

Add a new alias to your email is one way. Then use that to verify your email using that name.

I had a similar problem; I signed in, but said I forgot my password. Then they sent me an email how to reset my password. After that, just go to your settings.
