How 2 hire the programmer who can build site @ reasonable price & how can I protect my idea from being stolen by programmer.

  • Hi All,I am about to start up a business which is related to my hobby and I see it a profitable as well as it grows.I have the basic structure how it will work, basically it is related to online site (not a shopping site) and already confirmed with my colleague about the feasibility of the project (which is possible).Here the main QUESTION: How to hire the programmer who can build the site for me at a reasonable price, and how can I protect my idea from being stolen by the hired programmer.What all legality or confidentiality disclosure I need to keep in mind before disclosing the whole business idea?Please help.Thanks in advance,Lawrence

    You'll want a nondisclosure agreement (NDA). If you want to get the work done cheaply, you'll either need to use an entry-level programmer (which I don't recommend without their working under a senior), or use a programmer from overseas (which risks that your NDA will be unenforceable).
