How can I make a picture frame?

how can I make a photo collage and print it out in a picture for a frame?

• my bestfriend's birthday is today and I was thinking of putting all of our pictures together and frame it. is that possible or should I make the collage on my phone than print it at cvs?

  I would download the pictures on your computer if you already have that I would pull up the picture push ctrl print screen and same time to capture the image, then I would pull up the paint program that is on every computer I know of, once you open it push ctrl v at the same time to put your image onto paint page, then I would use the little dotted square icon to frame the image and drag it to another location and make the image smaller. keep doing this tell you have the images you want and cut the images the way you want them to be arranged, then I would add background and frame around it and print this to put in a frame
