How hard is to become a book editor?
-
My dream job is to become a book editor. I was wondering how difficult it would to reach this goal. I live in a very small community in NW Ohio, and I was wondering where the nearest publishing company would be. Also, what requirements would I have to have to get a job like this/

Answer:
As a book editor you would probably write about achieving "the" goal not "this" goal. I suggest you talk to your best English composition teacher and ask him it her for advice. Lately, I've been kicking around the idea that books in print might not exist 30-50 years from now. They are not teaching cursive writing in school and composition, vocabulary, spelling and creative writing are likely to suffer as well.
