What supplies do you need for a track?

Just bought a coon dog but i dont know what supplies i need to track or to put on my truck?

  If your going to let OL Blue take you for a run in the woods.... 1) you are going to need a day pack with a survival kit in it incase you get lost. 2) don't forget your fire arms... Dog might find a bear 3) flashlight since Dog and you are new together and you can't call of a hound on a scent. 4) canteen and whatever you need for base camp incase Dog leaves you in the dust and it takes 3 days to find him 5) first aid and snakebite kits, bug off, water purification kit, hard candy 6) a large bag of Fritos corn chips so you can start wet wood on fire 7) fire box or a couple of lighters 8) tie out line and leash for Dog 9) GPS, cell phone and at least 1 other human
