How do I (newbie) get my Google+ Profile Pic added to another Site?

Want to use my Google+ Profile Pic in another Site. In my profile in the 'other' Site, it has a box to click to "Upload" a pic. When I try get "no pics found" msg. Been driving me crazy for 2 full days!! HELP!
