How much does a publicist charge?

How much should I charge per lawn? Should I charge each yard per square feet or P-P-H? How do I edge a yard? How do I weed eat a yard?

I need to know if I should charge each yard Price Per Hour, if I should charge flat rate, or if I should charge each yard per square feet. Or should I do all of these options. A few examples for a yard is very large, and has tall grass, large, with medium-tall grass, small yard with medium-short grass, or a very small yard with short grass.
