How can I work by the water in Central America?

How do landscape workers work in hot and muggy weather like out in texas during the summer time and not get dazed, dizzy, nauseous, get a

  • headache, stomach cramps, heat exhaustion, cramps, fatigue, tiredness, body heat issues, ect........... the only reason im asking is because im gonna be working outdoors in a hot tropical weather in central america and from what i hear that heat can beat a man down! how can one work outdoors in hot weather and not have any health conditions? eat solid food and drink gatorade with plenty of water? can a landscape worker or construction worker please tell me. thank you.

    stay hydrated.. bring and drink LOTS of water, wear a hat or something that will shade your head face and neck, wear lightweight loose clothing that *covers* you (try not to go shirtless etc you will only burn which can be dangerous if it's a bad burn)
