How can I fall asleep quickly?

  • I go to my bed at about 10 PMand I try to fall asleep but I still waking up till 2AM sometimes, I try many things to fall sleep quicly but I can'tplease help me and tell me how and I shall be thankfull

    Melatonin, sleep tea, warm milk. Turn off all devices and place them far from your reach. (computer, phone, gaming system etc). Try playing a movie but keep the screen off. Like for me I play a movie I've seen a lot but close my laptop lid so I'm keeping the images in my head keeping me from stressing out from my thinking constantly ergo making me sleep much faster. One of these might help.

Focus on your breathing as well. Take deep breaths in and out for as long as it takes. Also, write in a journal before bed about your day. It will help your mind get stuff out and relax. Hot showers/baths also work quite a bit, and you may be able to use relaxation salts, bubbles, etc. Try to be more active during the day, and don't eat anything or drink anything caffeinated at least 2 or more hours before bed.

It might not be the most delicious option, but it helps. Maybe you could even make sure that your comfortable. This one kind of goes along with stretching. Even the temperature of your bed can affect how well you sleep. Warm baths with bath salts are also very relaxing. Most of he time its your muscles or bones that need to just loosen up.
