Does anyone know what the punishment is for smuggling fresh water stingrays in restricted states?

I'm doing a report on fresh water stingrays and I need to know this but I couldn't find it anywhere online. Please be specific, like a fine of (amount) dollars and a jail sentence of (amount) years. Thanks.

Just out of curiosity how would you smuggle a stingray just like how a truck with tanks of water I mean they kinda need a tank to live in its not like something you can jam in your purse
