What are some things to do on a date?

  • I am going to the movies this weekend with a girl I really like, so making this first date perfect means a lot. We're probably going to hang out before hand for some time since I live an hour plus away. Afterward I was thinking a nice dinner. Can you guys and gals give me any advice or some ideas of what to do on this date?

    They say a movie is the worst first date. You'll spend an hour and a half or so not talking or interacting with each other, plus what do you take her to see? a love story, probably not. An action adventure, probably not. Movies are for couples with nothing else to do.

Movie then dinner? Then when you're at dinner you'll have something to talk about ;) After you can maybe walk around in the park and enjoy each other's company

Ok before the go depending on the ride try to give her something to do so leave extra early and take detours with interesting things to do so go country and stop at maybe a small ice cream shop or a place like that once you get there go somewhere and sit in the car for a little bit and just talk next go to a park or other places near by where you can sit and talk until about thirty minutes before the movie go early so you can be the first ones in the theater talk and just get ready during the movie do what is appropriate for the genre and after wards choose a place that you can just relax and have music to play for the ride home

Have dinner first. She won't be hungry if you fill up on popcorn and soda at the movie. Maybe after the movie, a walk would be nice after sitting so long.
