What are some creative things I can put on my brother's graduation poster?

I'm very creative, so I want to make a poster for my brother's graduation party. I want to put several different things all over the poster to create a collage effect. I also thought I could have stuff hanging down off the poster. I want to do a pop art face of him in the middle, but I don't know how to do that yet. He is very athletic and does football and wrestling. Please help me figure out what else I can put on the poster. Thanks.

How about pictures of him as he was going through school? Some pictures of him as he's participating in the sports he enjoyed, or other hobbies he has.
