What is the best Cold air intake for my truck for power and what type of cam would I want?

I have a 1995 Chevy 5.0 (v8 305) and I am wanting to put a cold air intake on it. I want my truck to be fast I don't need pulling power cause all I pull are boats (17' bass tracker) and it's very light so I could care less about the pulling power I want to get a cam and a turbo soon to. if you guys could help me out and tell me what you guys think I should get it would be very helpful to me I have a idea of what to get but I want some reviews on them and honest opinions on how the perform before I get them just don't want to spend the money and end up with junk. thanks for the help

It's a (nearly) 20-year-old truck. You'd be wasting your money. Performance cams + installation + cold air intake = $2000... which is close to the truck's ACV.
