laptop key

Answer:
I lost a key before but I didn't use the warrenty to replace it, I managed to find one online somewhere. I just used the little thing where the key hits to make the letter work. Otherwise it's not worth it. You can contact HP and see if they can send you another key, but usually sometimes they can't go back on. Which sucks...

Will it not just pop back on? As to the warranty that would depend on how old the laptop is and how much coverage you have on it.

Yes, the accidental coverage warranty covers everything on the pc, including damages caused by you as opposed to just a manufacturer defect.
