What should I do if my iPhone 5c's audio doesn't work? Read description please

  • For the past two months, my iPhone's audio has been acting up. I can hear noises and sound from my phone. No one, not even myself, can hear what's coming FROM my iPhone, for example videos? No audio. Voice memos? No audio. Snapchat videos? No audio. Phone calls? No one can hear me, even when I'm speaking in all of these examples! I just got my iPhone in early December, do I need to take it back or is there a way to fix it?

    It has happened to me before, I had to get a new phone because they audio blew out. You would think they could fix it but they gave me a new one, bring it in to Apple Store or a close best buy and see what they have to say, but I think you blew your audio cord, I wouldn't risk fixing it youre self, bring it to an expert when you have time
