When you are very stressed out, do you lose your appetite?

Is it normal to lose 17 pounds in 3 days , when i wight only 107 pounds?

  • I never been on a diet. but sometime i just forget to eat or i don't have an appetite and sometimes i am stressed. Usually when this happens i lose 5 pound in 3 days but then i gain back after a week or two.
