Where do I find the credit card number on a debit card?

My visa debit card got stolen and i had my local bank replace it with a new one but the problem is that my old visa debit card is still with

• my paypal account and when i try either adding a new card or updating the information i get this instead and dont know how to fix this problem, "we're sorry. that credit card is already linked to the maximum allowable number of paypal accounts. please link a different credit card." what does this error message mean and how can i find a long term solution so i can put new my visa debit card number and send someone money then? can a paypal expert please tell me. thank you.

  Just delete the old card from the accounts ... then add the new card. If that doesn't work ... call their Customer Support directly.
