Can hermit crabs climb glass?

I recently noticed one of my hermit crabs are gone. it is not buried in the bedding, it escaped somehow. there isn't any way for it to climb out. another question is how to find one if it gets loose if anyone knows. I don't want sarcastic answers. please I need help there's s a hermit crab running around my house probably crapping all over my floors. anyone know?

I don't think they can someone might of taken him out double check the cage and look in every corner of the house start in the room and just analyze the floor back and forth and Mabey leave small prices of food small portions and leave like 5 in each room and I'm not sure what they eat but also check under couches my rabbit got lost and it took me 5 hours and he was under a old cabinet and their was like 1 tiny entrance to get in so I wish you luck
