Can someone answer my questions regarding christianity and God?

Christianity is confusing, isn't it? You will go insane trying to analyse and translate what was written thousands of years ago by mere mortal humans.

It's all fiction.

(1) Death is caused by a variety of factors- none of them supernatural. Accident, violence, disease, old age- none of these things require some supernatural being controlling them. (2) Christians attempt to get around the fact that their god seems to be able to do nothing to stop his creation Satan from doing evil with the cop-out of "free will". However, since said deity is supposed to be omniscient (all knowing), there is no such thing as free will since all outcomes are known ahead of time by "god". Further, since said god would have known exactly what "satan" would do when he created him and did so anyway, the only logical answer is that "god" would either have created satan on purpose to do evil, or doesn't have the power to stop it. With either choice it's neither a deity that makes sense or is one worth worship. (3) There is no evidence any gods exist, nor any afterlife- and that includes reincarnation. People tend to ignore that there are thousands of gods mankind has worshiped and thousands of belief systems- it's always "of COURSE the one I personally believe in is the only REAL one".

I will answer your questions according to Christianity. 1. God causes death, but 'Satan' lures people into temptation and can also cause death. Ex.: suicide. 2. I have no idea. I have wondered that about Christianity. why would a "supreme god" allow some prick with horns to challenge him and his awesomeness. 3. According to Christianity there is a god. those children were coached by adults.

As for reincarnation, I was watching a show the other day and a child who was talking about his previous life. He said that God wants people to learn certain lessons in life. If you didn't learn what you needed he sent you back so you can learn. He went on to explain some people have new souls and some have older ones.

As to why we can't always understand the seeming contradictions that appear to be in the Bible, I think you can attribute some of that confusion to the work of the devil as well as to man's inherent limitations as created beings with regard to his ability to understand various things.. How can you say God causes death? It is evident that its happens to everyone on this earth when the time arrives. He doesn't go around pointing out his finger.

Death is a result of sin. God told Adam and Eve not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and bad, if they disobeyed they would die. Satan seduced Eve into eating the fruit, thus they died and they passed on their sinful inclination to us, as well as death(Genesis 2:15,16, 3:1-5; Roman 5:12). Satan is the ruler of this world right now because Adam and Eve and the majority of mankind has rejected rulership by God, as a result there is an enormous amount of suffering here on earth. God has allowed this because the issue of universal sovereignty and mankind's integrity is at stake. Satan claimed that humans would be better off without God, that he was not able to rule them in the best way in order for them to be the happiest. This is a lie, and the suffering in the world is proof of that. Jehovah God has allowed time to past in order to prove to the universe that his way is the best and the only way for humans to be truly happy is to submit to his rulership. (1 John 5:19; Matthew 5:3; Job 2:1-6) Mankind has the opportunity now to choose God's way and gain the prospect of everlasting life. The good news is that God is going to undue death and suffering all the bad fruitage that satan has caused. Soon it will be gone forever and faithful mankind will enjoy the earth under peaceful condition forever as God intended in the beginning (Psalms 37:10,11; Revelation 21:3,4). visit JW.ORG
