Are there any cheap adventure camps in Texas?

• I want something to do this summer. Last summer, I was in a spiral of depression and felt like my life was completely worthless since I was just watching t.v all day. I don't want this summer to be the same thing! So I started looking for teen camps or adventure camps but they're all so expensive! I really want to join a camp or do something, I really don't want to go through depression again!

  Seriously, think about it honey! As I have told others, think of all the things you could not wait to get out of school to do. They don't have to cost money. Turn off the electronics. Get outside. Run, jump, ride, be active. Walk barefoot in the park. Swing on the swings. Get a pool for out back. Camp in the yard, if no where else. Toast marshmallows over a candle. Get a part time job. Walking dogs, lawn work, helping old ladies, cleaning houses. Lay in the grass and think. Play with your pets. Rainy days; Rearrange your room. Take a relaxing bath with dim light and good music. Listen to the rain on the roof as you read a good book. Study the Bible. Bake. Do nice things for your family. Play with your pets. Don't waste it!
