Can I buy packages for a ford mustang after the mustang has been built?

    No. The "packages" you refer to are groups of options that are installed at the factory as the car is built and are priced at a discount to the initial purchaser. There are SOME items that can be purchased through your dealer, such as premium floor mats, leather seats, & moon roof. (Most dealers have a contract with an after-market shop for this stuff). I'd suggest you go to a high-end audio shop of you want something better or different from what's in the car -- most dealers don't do stereo systems, & the ones that do don't do them well.
