Can you program Graphics with Visual Basic?

What program they have to make the programs go faster doesn't matter how many graphics you have in the program it Will still be fast?

  • I use cinema 4d program run slow because I have too many graphics in my program do it a way to make the program run faster, because when you look at movies stars they have something that makes they program go faster it doesn't matter how much graphics they put into it somehow they made it faster so they can Build more graphics they can for the movie

    You can edit out unneeded frames, but that's about all I know. You could also use a camera that records at a higher FPS, probably 50, and that would help with smooth playing
