I don't think it has anything to do with smoking, or quitting smoking. One of the many symptoms of having anxiety is a rash.

No. Not a heat skin rash caused by smoking cessation. May be neuro dermatitis caused by stress/anxiety

possibly everyones withdrawn symptoms are worse, but it will, go away soon. don't smoke, because if you do it now, the rash and pain will worsen. Congrats on quitting!
